NUTRITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

There is no specific RDA for potassium. It is thought that 2 to 2.5 grams per day are needed in cooking as canned goods and processed foods especially, potassium is depleted but sodium is increased.

Adding 1/4 tsp to 1 teaspoon to your enema bucket, every other enema helps maintain balance.
